Steere utilizes industry standards such as APQP, FMEA, and PPAP in order to ensure products are launched successfully and continue to perform at zero defect levels. We support customer capacity analysis activities including Run@Rate and Process Signoff (PSO). Steere has integrated Lean concepts into our operations including work cell balancing, standardized work methods, waste elimination, and 5S. We have deployed error-proofing measures throughout the processes and work to prevent defects rather than contain them.
