| Unit Assembly |

Place bottom panel on a flat surface
with the recessed locking lugs facing up. (The large rectangular recessed area is the
front side of the unit.) Top and bottom panels are interchangeable. |

Insert 2 side panels into the bottom
panel and slide forward, insuring locking lugs are securely in place. (The back of the
side panel should line up with the straight edge on the bottom panel.) |

Install lower back panel; slide into
place. |
|
Install front panel; slide into place. |
|
Insert shelf into side panels with the
screened drip hole in the front. |
|
Install upper back panel; slide into
place. |
|
Install top panel; slide into place. |
| Two people should be able
to fully assemble an entire Cooler System in less than three minutes. |

| Lock Assembly |
|
|
Insert the aluminum locking pin into the predrilled
hole located on the top panel. Slide the lock through the locking pin and close the lock
to secure it. |
|
| Cup Holders and
Brackets |
|
Brackets and cup holders mount on the inside of the
front panel. |
|
Screw each bracket into the plastic material
1/2" above the center opening and 5" to the left/right of each side (See photo
at right). |
|
Slide the tube shaped cup holders onto the mounting
bracket. |
|
| Anchoring the Unit |
|
On the bottom panel, drill 4 holes (as shown with
arrows on photo). |
|
Assemble the unit and remove the lower back panel.
Secure the unit into the ground by hammering metal stakes through the drilled holes. |
